Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Using my calm and sometimes humorous demeanor, healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Alongside holding space for your experiences and emotions, I offer practical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based tools to help you navigate daily life with more clarity, confidence, and ease.​

In therapy, we may focus on healing from past trauma, easing burnout and survival mode, unmasking and living more authentically, understanding sensory needs, building routines, shedding people pleasing patterns, and learning coping tools and self-regulation skills that actually work for your life.

I provide superbills for those that are interested in out-of-network benefits. It is the client's responsibility look into their out-of-network benefits and to submit the reimbursement paperwork to their insurance provider. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Getting Started Paperwork

Before your first session, I email you intake paperwork, including policies, getting-to-know-you questions, and more. All paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours* before your first session.​

​*If intake paperwork is incomplete 24 hours before your first session, your initial session will be rescheduled.

First, we'll start by getting to know each other. I will ask questions at a pace that feels accessible to you. Then, we will talk about your goals for therapy, which will guide our journey together.
